What Else You Need to Know
Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Grabel Spine, and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to one of the physicians from Grabel Spine after our regular hours, please call our office at (561) 833-6388. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
If your insurance company requires referrals, you need to ensure it arrives at our office prior to your appointment. If required and not received, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
At Grabel Spine, we accept most major insurance plans and Medicare. Please contact our office at (561) 833-6388 to find out if we participate in your plan. If we do not participate in your plan, out-of-network arrangements can generally be made. Please call our office for more details regarding our flexible out-of-network options.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Grabel Spine are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above).
Refills are generally not issued during evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
